6 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari

This 6 days (5 nights) safari will begin and finish in Arusha. You will have maximum satisfaction because what you will see when you get there will indeed be exciting. You will see things that you have only heard about or studied about as well as visit different destinations. You will be able to go Lake Manyara National Park where you will find animals swimming on the shores of the Lake. You will also visit the Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti National Park and you will carry out game drives, Tarangire and then back to Arusha.
You will spend 1 night at Lake Manyara Sopa Lodge, 1 night at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, 2 nights at Serengeti Sopa Lodge and 1 night camping next to Tarangire area.

6 Days Itinerary for Tanzania Wildlife safari.

Day One: Arusha-Lake Manyara

You will arrive in Arusha Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be picked up by our safari guide/driver. He will transfer you to a hotel for breakfast and there after you will drive to Lake Manyara National park. By the time you get to Lake Manyara National Park, it will already be lunch time, so you will have it there at the hotel or camp site. After lunch, you will embark on the search for Manyara’s waiting residents in an afternoon game drive. Of course you will not fail to spot out a few animals like the elephants, Hyenas, buffalos, Zebras, Antelopes and some others. Otherwise in the evening, you will transfer back to the Lodge for your dinner and over night.

Day Two: Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

On this day, you will first enjoy a second game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. So you will have your morning breakfast as usual and then transfer to Ngorongoro crater. You will get there by lunch time and yes you will have it. Immediately after lunch, you will move into the crater floor for an afternoon crater tour. There are some animals which live there and so if chance gets you, you might be able to spot out a few animals roaming around like the rhinos, buffalos, Black manned lions, elephants and other grazing animals abound. After that interesting Ngorongoro crater tour, you will transfer back to the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or campsite where you will have your dinner and over night from.

Day Three: Head to Serengeti

After your morning breakfast, you will Leave Ngorongoro with a game drive to make a stop at Olduvai Gorge. You will have lunch at this famous Museum; you will as well visit the various sites of the Gorge to see where the remains of the prehistoric man were discovered. After that exciting visit, you will drive to Serengeti while enjoying the en route attractions and an en route game drive on your way to the lodge. When you get to Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, you will have your dinner and over night here.

Day Four: Game drives in the Serengeti

Because you slept anxiously waiting for this day, you will wake up in the morning to see animals waking up and getting out to look for what to eat this day. So immediately after your break fast, you will have a game drive but remember to carry packed lunch. You will then head in the Park to search for the animals some of which you were expecting to see and some others will catch you by surprise. Among the animals you will see, Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, Hyenas, Elephants, Zebras, Buffaloes, Antelopes will not miss out and many other animals. I also know that some of you are good birders so you will as well be able to spot out a few birds like Eagles, Flamingoes, duck, geese, and vultures are among the birds. After your morning session of the game drive, you will have lunch for about 30 minutes and then continue with the activity after your lunch. Other wise in the evening you will transfer back to the Lodge for your dinner and over night.

Day Five: Transfer to Tarangire.

On this day, you will have your morning game drive as usual and then transfer to Tarangire National Park where you will have lunch from. After your lunch, you will go for a game drive to search for the Tarangire residents and among them, you will see buffalos, hyenas, bush bucks, just to mention but a few. Later in the evening, you will transfer back to the camp site for your dinner and over night.

Day Six: Departure.

On this day, you will enjoy a morning game drive in the Tarangire Park as you leave for Arusha. You will be escorted by our safari guide and he will thank you for coming to Tanzania as well as wish you a safe journey back home hence end of the safari.
